Water – Why it’s Important for Optimal Health

Hello and welcome to your first Tyton Health & Performance Quick Health Tip.

OK, let’s get on to your first Quick Tip!

These days, one of the first questions I get from a new client when I start coaching them on their nutrition & lifestyle is “How much water should I be drinking?”.

That’s a very important question and one I’ll be addressing in a few weeks time.

The reason I’m not answering it now is because I find that quite often, until my new clients learn WHY it’s important to drink their optimal water intake each day very little change is made.

That’s why I decided to kick start our Quick Tips off by covering a few of the reasons why it’s important to drink enough water each day.
