Introducing Tyton Health & Performance
Tyton Health & Performance is a rapidly expanding Health and Performance Coaching Service. There are currently three (soon to be five) main features to our services. We coach people Face to Face, we coach people Online, there’s the Blog & Newsletter and soon we’ll be launching Tyton Health TV as well as teaching the FMA Strength Training Qualification for Mark Buckley, founder of FMA Strength Training.
Face to Face: We offer a number of Face to face services including (but not limited to), Fat Loss, Nutrition Coaching, Heart Rate Variability, Muscle Building, Rehab and Strength Training. We also teach several Martial Arts classes each week including Wing Chun and Grappling & Ground Fight as well as JKD and Tai Chi (Health and Combat) One-to-One.
Online Coaching: We offer a world wide nutritional coaching service to anybody that has access to the internet. We coach Online for Health, Fat Loss and Muscle Gain. Formats used are Skype, Email and Post where required.
The Blog & Newsletter: We post health information on our Blog regularly and also send out a weekly newsletter every Tuesday for the Blog and also for any special offers or interesting developments in the world of Tyton Health & Performance.
Tyton TV: By the end of the year we plan to officially launch Tyton Health TV. This will be full of useful health information as well as many exercise videos detailing form and most effective ways to achieve particular results.
Teaching: As an FMA Mentor and official representative of the FMA Strength Training Course in the UK I’ve spent the last couple of years perfecting the skills learned through FMA in order to teach the course for Mark Buckley.

Hi, My name is Tyrone Bray. I began life in the Health and Performance Industry when I started training in the Master Wong Fighting System. Taking only a short time to grasp the foundation of Master Wong’s Wing Chun System, I decided to train to become an instructor. With this decision made, I began training six and sometimes seven days a week in Jeet Kune Do, San Shou (Chinese Kickboxing) and Tai Chi both the health and combat aspects alongside the Wing Chun.
To compliment my Martial Arts knowledge, I decided to become a Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and Nutritional Advisor in order to give me a better understanding of the body, how it works and how to effectively fuel the human machine for optimal health and performance.
My love for learning and quest for continuing improvement initially lead me to The CHEK Institute and I’m now qualified as a Corrective High-Performance Exercise Kinesiologist Lv. 1 and Holistic Lifestyle Coach Lv. 1. It was on the CHEK Study Programme that I met Mark Buckley (founder of the FMA Strength Training Programme) and I have since completed both Level 1 and 2 as well as become a Mentor and official representative for the FMA Strength Training Programme in the UK.
I’m also trained in Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Analysis and the use of Mitochondrial Supplementation and ANS Nutrition to aid in the improvement of many health problems. HRV is slowly becomming the cornerstone of our practice because no matter what somebody thinks is going on with their body and how well it’s coping the HRV Analysis does not lie so we are able to tailor nutrition protocols, execise intensity and frequency as well as rest duration all from the one test. “Through constant monitoring, Tyrone has helped regulate and improve my scoliosis condition.” – Andrew Laws, UK
