How to Takedown your Opponent using the Shoulder Triangle
In this video I show you how to close your opponent down during his attack in order to allow you to get close enough to use the Shoulder Triangle as your set up for the takedown.
Once the takedown is complete, providing you remain in control, you can either take the Arm Bar, Side Mount, Full Mount or use strikes on your opponent.
