Symptoms of Gluten Intolerance

Welcome to another weekly Quick Tip, we hope you’ve found them useful so far. This week we’re talking Gluten Containing Grains.

Gluten Containing Grains

Whether or not you love them or hate them, they’re here to stay.

That’s not the problem.

The problem lies in the fact that they may not actually be as healthy as we’re told, neither for you or the planet.

There’s the issues with the pollution caused by commercial farming practices, the millions of pounds of chemical pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, etc… being sprayed across grain farms and then being consumed by us and the animals we eat…

… and this is before we get on to the issue of GMO Grains or even think about the fact they contain Gluten.

In order to keep today’s tip “Quick” I’m just going to focus on the Gluten aspect and the fact that so many are intolerant/ sensitive to it.

I’ll save the other health and the environmental implications for a later post.

So Gluten, the hard to digest Protein found in most grains, is it friend or foe?

Well that all depends on which side of the fence you stand but the fact of the matter is I’ve never had a single client that’s been willing to at least temporarily remove them from their diet, not feel better for doing so.

Yep, you read it correctly, NEVER!

So why is that? We’ll that’s what I explain in today’s video. I explain the effects of consuming grains if you have intolerance as well as the symptoms that come with them.

As always your input is valued and appreciated so feel free to share your own experiences with Gluten Containing Grains below, whether good or bad.

And feel free to share this video with anybody that you feel may benefit.

Until next time,
