How to Do a Single Leg Takedown (Basic Twist)


In this video I show you one of our basic variations on The Single Leg Takedown.

Of course, there are many other ways but this is one effective way to get your opponent to the floor to either make your escape or to follow him down to then fight on the ground.

The key to nailing this technique is timing and ensuring your get your shoulder deep enough into your opponents hip.
