Since my video detailing some of the symptoms associated with Gluten Intolerance I’ve received quite a few emails from you guys asking what approach I take in my practice when I have a client that is showing signs of Gluten Intolerance.
As I aim to please, this weeks video details the exact approach I take with clients to establish whether or not they should or shouldn’t be eating gluten containing grains.
Testing for Intolerances can be quite a costly things to have done these days but luckily for you guys and gals this approach costs nothing at all (except a little effort)!:)
Now I’m not going to lie, it’s likely you’ll experience a few withdrawal symptoms when removing gluten containing grains from your diet.
You see, Gluten is highly addictive due to its affects on the brain. In fact, it affects the same brain centers as cocaine and morphine.
Some of the symptoms you may experience during the first few days include headaches, sugar cravings or maybe even flu like symptoms…
… but don’t worry, once these pass (if you even get them) the positive side effects such as Improved Energy, Deeper Sleep and Waking feeling More Refreshed, No More Bloating (unless you’re intolerant to something else in your diet) and Sharper Thinking just to name a few!
