There’s no such thing as a “Breakfast Food”!

Quite often it’s not a lack of knowledge that holds us back. Instead it’s knowing too much.

Or at least believing we know.

This week I briefly address one of the biggest obstacles clients face when trying to make the much needed changes in their lives when trying to achieve their health & performance related goals.

Whether your goal is Fat Loss, Gaining Muscle, Increasing your Strength or Finally ridding yourself of the past 20 years of Back Pain, keeping an open mind and not getting stuck in ‘the box’ is often one of the most effective steps you can take.
