How to Increase your Water Intake
Changing your daily habits can be challenging at the best of times but what if your approach to a given habit juts makes things worse?
For instance, what if you learned that drinking more water was a good things and essential to optimal health but everytime you have a day where you drink your so called optimal amount you just spend half of your day running back and forth to the toilet.
All you wanted to do was increase you water intake and hope fully feel better for doing so but instead your toilet bowl is holding onto more of your water than you are!
Well, fear not. Today I’ll be explaining exactly how I encourage my clients to increase their water intake to ensure it has minimal (if any) negative impact on their daily lives.
