This is often one of the first questions I get from a new client once I start coaching them on their nutrition and lifestyle.
You’re probably aware that there are hundreds of different recommendations out there when it comes to daily water consumption.
The problem with so many different recommendations is that people are just confused.
The other problem is that they’re very generalized but as I mention in todays video; if you want an individualised outcome, you have to take an individualised approach.
This is why we base your recommended daily water intake is based on your own body weight.
